What you’ll need
- Lyre’s Agave Blanco (4.5 cl)
- Lyre’s Italian Spritz (2.5 cl)
- Strawberry Syrup or Sugar Syrup (1.5 cl)
- Lemon Juice (2 cl)
- Egg White (optional)
- Ice Cubes
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds (wet shake).
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass without ice, allowing the foam to settle on top.
- Garnish with a slice of dried orange, a fresh strawberry, or a lemon zest.
Pro Tip: For a quicker, vegan-friendly version, simply omit the egg white. You’ll skip the dry shake and still enjoy a delicious, albeit less frothy, sour.
