What you’ll need
- Lyre’s Aperitif (4 cl)
- Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia (12 cl)
- Grapefruit wedge
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Note: This recipe originally called for Martini Floreale, but since it’s not available outside the EU, we’ve substituted it with Lyre’s Aperitif. Lyre’s offers the same beautiful floral and botanical notes that make this spritz so refreshing!
How to make it
- Pour the non-alcoholic floral aperitif into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
Pro Tip: For the best flavor, ensure both your non-alcoholic aperitif and your pomegranate tonic are well-chilled before mixing.
