Ruby Raspberry Spritz

What you’ll need
- Lyre’s Dry London Spirit (4 cl)
- sparkling water (100 ml)
- raspberry juice (50 ml)
- lemon juice (2 tsp)
- raspberries (50g)
- mint
- ice cubes
How to make it
- Place the raspberries in a glass and gently muddle with a spoon or muddler.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 tsp of lemon juice and 4 cl of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, then top with raspberry juice and sparkling water.
