Note: This recipe originally called for Martini Vibrante, but since it’s not available outside the EU, we’ve substituted it with Lyre’s Italian Spritz. Lyre’s provides the same vibrant citrus and bitter botanical profile that makes this spritz so delicious!
How to make it
- Pour Lyre’s Italian Spritz into a wine glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with Sanpellegrino CIAO Peach.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
