Experience a touch of magic with our unique cocktail with cotton candy.
What you’ll need
- Lyre’s Pink London (4 cl)
- Fresh lemon juice (2 cl)
- Lyre’s Classico Grande
- Cotton candy (or simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
How to make it
- Add ice cubes, 4 cl Lyre’s Pink London, 2 cl fresh lemon juice, and (if not using cotton candy) 2 cl simple syrup to a shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain the chilled mixture through a sieve into a glass without ice.
- If using, place a large piece of cotton candy over the glass.
- Carefully pour Lyre’s Classico Grande through the cotton candy into the glass and watch it dissolve.
Pro Tip: If you don’t have cotton candy on hand, a splash of simple syrup will provide the same touch of sweetness to balance the drink.
