- sugar syrup (2 cl)
- egg white (optional)

How to make it
- Add Lyre’s Pink London, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and optional egg white to a shaker. First, dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to create a rich foam.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 10 seconds (the wet shake).
- Strain the smooth, foamy mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or lemon zest.
