How to make it

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon wedges, basil, and 4 cl of sugar syrup. Muddle firmly to release the flavors.
  2. Add 8 cl of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into it.
  5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of basil.
